Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Rimpex, we are committed to delivering our comfort-essential products to customers across the United States and Canada as quickly and efficiently as possible.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and all Canadian provinces. Please note that shipping to remote areas or P.O. Boxes may result in slightly longer delivery times.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Estimated Delivery: Due to high demand and our specialized logistics, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery to the USA and Canada after your order has been processed.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Rimpex LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
