Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Rimpex. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@rimpexglobal.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the registered office address before contacting us. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping may be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
